Dr. Ed Riley
Riley has been recognized and honored as: Christian Educator of the Year, Savannah Georgia 1982; Outstanding Young Man of America by Outstanding Young Men of America 1984; First African American Kidney - Bone Marrow Donor by MOTEP & the University of Miami Jackson Memorial Medical Center 1999; Gift of Life Donor Award from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Service 1999, 2000, 2001; Certificate of recognition for years of community clergy services from Senator Joyce Weddell 2015; and Letter of Recognition for Ministerial Service and Community Care-Giver for over 40 years from President Barack Obama 2015.
Riley is the author of two published books: “Conflict Resolution” (dealing with issues in the church) & Daily Thoughts “be ready to create happiness and success today.” He has two books that will be released this year: of 2022: “The 7/11 Rules” and “From Poverty to Palm Trees” – (income opportunities are everywhere)”
Riley is and energetic and prolific speaker who speaks on a regular basis at gospel/revival meetings, lectureships, workshops, training, and symposiums for the Church nationally and internationally. He is also a sought-after keynote speaker for Godly Financial Empowerment workshops, Health Symposiums and Organ Procurement Agencies all over the country. He has dedicated his life to serving the Church to make a different through spiritually empowering members of the church to seek their transformation to spiritual success and prosperity. He is passionate about helping others to “get through what you’re going through.”
Edward Riley is a native of Jacksonville, Florida. He was added to the body of Christ in 1975 while serving in the US Army Fort Gordon in Augusta, Georgia.
He started preaching under the watchful eye and wisdom of Bro. Solomon Ware and Bro. Richard William of Augusta and Bro. Charlie McClendon and Bro. Walter Cox of Jacksonville. Edward Riley has been blessed to serve the Lord's church nationally and internationally.
Riley holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biblical Education from Saint Leo University; a Master of Arts Degree in Christian Education, a Doctorate of Theology in Biblical Studies from Concordia University; and a Doctorate in Christian Counseling from Newburg Theological Seminary.
Other training to Edward’s credit include: Domestic & Sexual Violence Awareness and Support from National Organization for Victim Assistance; Substance Awareness Counseling from Mecklenburg Rehab Commission; Marriage Counselor from Prepare/Enrich Marriage Counseling Center; and Organ Procurement Coordinator (kidney program) from C.O.R.E. of Miami-Dade.
